We deliver to all addresses within Sri Lanka. A full postal address and contact number is required to arrange the delivery.
We currently deliver island wide across Sri Lanka through our trusted delivery partners. All online orders are shipped directly from Nadiyas’ distribution center to your doorstep.
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Please note that processing does not take place on Mercantile, Public holidays and Sunday. Any orders received on these days will be processed on the following working day. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 – 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Kandy and suburbs: 1 – 2 working days after dispatch.
Other regions of Sri Lanka: 2 – 3 working days after dispatch.
Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Delivery may take longer during peak seasons, adverse weather, or other unavoidable delays.
A standard delivery fee of Rs. 402.50 will be applied at checkout. Please note that a fee of Rs. 115.00 will be applied for each additional kg exceeding the initial 1 kg limit.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the delay or error is caused by us.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email notification with tracking details or a delivery update. Please allow a few hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
If a delivery issue arises due to an error on our part (such as an incorrect item or address error made by Nadiyas), we will cover all re-shipping or replacement costs.
If the issue occurs due to incorrect delivery details provided by the customer, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional delivery or return charges incurred.
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, kindly notify our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt with photos or proof of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost if the fault lies with Nadiyas or the courier partner.
The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the address provided at checkout. Title to products remains with Nadiyas until full payment has been received.
Please ensure that all delivery details (address, phone number, and postal code) are accurate and complete. Nadiyas is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
In rare cases where unexpected delays occur, our team will notify you promptly.
Nadiyas will make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, but we are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control.
At present, Nadiyas delivers only within Sri Lanka. International shipping is not available.
